The contest invited customers to document their home improvement experiences via social media. Garcia’s submission detailed a series of upgrades, including replacing carpeting with new hardwood and refinishing existing floors. Entries were evaluated based on the project's impact and the quality of the submission. Beyond the physical improvements, Garcia cited professional communication from the local installation team as a key factor in his satisfaction.
