Formation Metals Extends A-Zone 200 Metres West at N2 Gold Project

Formation Metals Inc. has announced step-out drilling results at its N2 Gold Project in Quebec, extending the A-Zone mineralized structure 200 metres to the west. New drillholes N2-26-021 and N2-26-022 intersected gold mineralization in previously undrilled ground.

Formation Metals Extends A-Zone 200 Metres West at N2 Gold Project

Formation Metals Inc. has reported new drill results from its N2 Gold Project in Quebec, which have extended the known A-Zone mineralized structure 200 metres to the west. The latest drilling, specifically hole N2-26-021, returned 1.05 g/t gold over 31 metres, including 1.89 g/t gold over 12 metres. These findings indicate the continuity of the A-Zone into a previously unexplored area.

The company is currently conducting a fully funded 75,000-metre drill program at its flagship N2 Gold Project. The property hosts a historical global resource of approximately 871,000 ounces of gold across six zones. The new intercepts confirm the lateral continuity of the A-Zone and connect it with previously reported drilling, demonstrating the zone's westward expansion.

These step-out drillholes, located beyond the western boundary of the A-Zone, are situated in a near-surface corridor between the high-grade RJ Zone and the A-Zone. This specific area has seen minimal historical exploration. Formation Metals plans to continue aggressive westward step-outs and test areas above and below the recent drill holes to confirm continuity at shallower depths.

Deepak Varshney, CEO of Formation Metals, described the new findings as significant, indicating lateral continuity in a largely untested region. The company believes that infilling the ground between these new discoveries and previously reported results could materially impact their upcoming maiden mineral resource estimate, planned for Q3 2026.
