Signature Resolution has announced the addition of Hon. Robert A. Brennan (Ret.) to its panel of neutrals. Brennan will serve as a mediator and arbitrator for complex civil disputes, handling cases involving anti-SLAPP laws, personal injury, breach of contract, construction, tort, and appellate matters.

Brennan brings extensive judicial experience to the role. He previously served as a prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office and practiced civil litigation. He spent nearly two decades on the Massachusetts trial bench before being appointed to the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where he heard hundreds of civil cases and authored over 100 opinions.

"Attorneys and their clients will find in Judge Brennan a neutral who tells them the truth about their case and genuinely cares how they come through it," said Dario Higuchi, founder and CEO of Signature Resolution. "We are proud to welcome him to our panel."

Brennan also served as a Regional Administrative Justice, where he informally mediated workplace disputes. He has also held positions as an adjunct law professor and a faculty member with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, training lawyers in trial skills.
