Former CIA Executive Kevin Higgins Appointed to Buchanan & Edwards Board
Buchanan & Edwards (BE) has appointed Kevin L. Higgins, a former executive from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), to its Board of Directors. Higgins brings over 30 years of experience in intelligence, national security, and the private sector.

Government technology and consulting firm Buchanan & Edwards (BE) announced the appointment of Kevin L. Higgins to its Board of Directors. Higgins's addition is expected to bolster the company's strategic expertise, particularly in national security and intelligence domains.
Higgins possesses over three decades of leadership experience within the intelligence community and national security sectors. He is the founder of KSTK Enterprises and advises private equity and venture capital firms on investments and mergers within government contracting, defense, and national security markets.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Higgins had a distinguished 30-year career at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). During his tenure, he held numerous senior executive roles, including Chief of Staff to the Director of the CIA, Assistant Director for Africa, and Chief of Operations for the Counterterrorism Center. He has led large, globally distributed organizations and advised senior U.S. government officials on significant national security challenges.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grambling State University and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
