Scott Akerley and Jeff Russell, former leaders at Glen Oaks Escrow, have joined Peak Escrow as founders. They bring over 120 years of combined experience in escrow operations and company building.
Peak Escrow announced on October 1, 2026, that former Glen Oaks Escrow executives Scott Akerley and Jeff Russell have joined the independently owned company as founders.
Akerley, formerly CEO of Pango Group, and Russell, former president of Pango Group, were instrumental in building and scaling one of California's largest independent escrow companies. Their combined experience in the field exceeds 120 years.
They join fellow Peak Escrow founders Kristen Hartwick, John Salmon, and Nazeli Grigorian. This team brings decades of collective experience in escrow operations, organizational leadership, and company development.
