Robo.ai Inc. announced on July 13, 2026, the appointment of H.E. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, former President of INTERPOL, as Chairman of its subsidiary Neurovia AI. This appointment significantly strengthens the governance and security oversight following Neurovia AI's integration into Robo.ai.

The move underscores Robo.ai's commitment to establishing trusted, sovereign AI infrastructure within the United Arab Emirates and the broader GCC region. H.E. Al-Raisi brings over four decades of experience in digital transformation of public services and global digital security governance, including expertise in national data compliance, cross-border digital risk management, and the development of sovereign-grade AI security frameworks. He served as INTERPOL President from 2021 to 2025.

In his role as Chairman, H.E. Al-Raisi will lead the Neurovia AI Board. His responsibilities will include aligning the company's development with the UAE's national AI strategy, reinforcing top-level security governance, supporting engagement with government and enterprise clients, and guiding the company's long-term strategy, compliance, and governance.
