Former Meta and Slack Engineers Raise $15M for Enterprise Sales Platform Centralize

San Francisco โ€“ Centralize, a startup focused on enterprise sales, announced it has raised $15 million in Series A funding. The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and other investors.

This brings Centralize's total funding to $19 million, including a previous $4 million seed round. The company describes its platform as a "deal GPS" for enterprise revenue teams, co-founded by Rachit Kataria and William Wang, former engineers from Meta and Slack.

Founder Rachit Kataria identified a critical gap in managing customer relationships during his time as a product tech lead, where a large enterprise account was almost lost due to undetected changes in decision-makers. This experience laid the groundwork for Centralize.

The platform uses AI to analyze internal data โ€” including emails, call recordings, and calendar events โ€” to build a real-time map of relationships and stakeholders within a target company. This helps sales teams navigate complex deal structures and identify key contacts.

To accelerate adoption, Centralize is also launching a free tier for individual users, allowing sales representatives to build account maps and introduce the platform internally. The company targets fast-growing enterprise clients.
