Forsite Launches New Platform for Australian Property and Facilities Managers
Technology platform Forsite offers Australian property and facilities managers a more cost-effective way to manage contractors and compliance.

New Zealand-based technology company Forsite has introduced a new platform designed to address challenges faced by property and facilities managers in Australia concerning contractor management and compliance.
Many existing systems are described as fragmented and difficult to manage, with significant barriers to switching, including data migration and retraining. Forsite claims its solution eliminates these barriers, offering free setup with no disruption and competitive pricing.
"Managing personal and organisational risk shouldn't be complicated. Property and facilities managers need a solution that handles complex requirements simply and cost-effectively," said Nathan Cheeseman, CEO of Forsite. "At Forsite, simplicity and value for money aren't features, they're our foundation."
Forsite reports that a client managing 1,400 properties configured their entire portfolio and suppliers in under five minutes. The platform centralizes and automates contractor information and compliance through a dedicated portal, with workers completing site inductions via a mobile app. All data is visible in real-time across the portfolio.
The company will be exhibiting its platform at FM Connect 2026 in Brisbane from August 3-5.
