Fortaco sells Estonian, Polish, and Finnish operations to HANZA
Fortaco Group has agreed to sell its steel fabrication and assembly operations in Estonia, Poland, and Finland to HANZA Group. The transaction allows Fortaco to refocus on its vehicle cabin manufacturing.

Fortaco Group and HANZA Group have finalized an agreement for HANZA to acquire Fortaco's steel fabrication and assembly operations. This includes Fortaco's site in Narva, Estonia, a significant industrial employer in the region, along with facilities in Poland and Finland.
The acquisition is set to enhance HANZA's European manufacturing base. Following the transaction's completion, Fortaco will concentrate its strategic efforts exclusively on the production of vehicle cabins. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
For HANZA, the integration of Fortaco's Estonian operations in Narva positions it within an established manufacturing cluster. This move is expected to create synergies and streamline production processes within the expanded group.
The strategic divestment allows Fortaco to streamline its business model, dedicating resources and expertise solely to its core area of vehicle cabin manufacturing. HANZA, meanwhile, strengthens its position as a diversified manufacturing partner in Europe.
