Forthing Unveils TK Series at Paris Motor Show
Automaker Forthing has launched its new TK model series at the Paris Motor Show. The lineup features electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles aimed at families and global expansion.

Chinese automaker Forthing unveiled its new TK model series at the Paris Motor Show on October 12, 2026. The debut showcased four vehicles: the TK5 BEV, TK5 PHEV, TK7 PHEV, and V9 PHEV Camper Van. This presentation is part of the company's global expansion strategy focused on new energy mobility solutions.
Forthing states that the TK series is designed to meet diverse family mobility needs. The company is utilizing its EMA 3.0 platform, which supports both battery-electric (BEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrains. The models are engineered for faster charging and extended range, a key factor in the competitive European market.
The TK5 is presented as a versatile urban SUV, available in both BEV and PHEV configurations. The BEV version reportedly charges from 20% to 80% in 18 minutes using 800V high-voltage fast charging. The PHEV variant offers an electric range of up to 210 kilometers and a combined range of 1,100 kilometers.
The TK7 PHEV is a larger, multi-seat (5-8 occupants) SUV designed for larger families. It includes Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology for powering external devices and boasts an electric range of 500 kilometers. A V9 PHEV Camper Van was also introduced, extending the utility of MPVs into outdoor lifestyles.
