Energy company Fortum Oyj announced in early May that one of its senior management personnel has purchased company stock.
Pets Lundström, who holds a position as another senior manager at Fortum, acquired 117 Fortum shares on April 30. The transaction was executed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange (XHEL).
The price per share was EUR 21.2834. This acquisition constituted an initial notification requirement for Lundström.
