Fortum extends offer period for Elmera Group acquisition
Fortum Oyj has extended the offer period for its voluntary cash tender offer for Elmera Group ASA shares. The new deadline is October 2.

Fortum Oyj has extended the offer period during which shareholders of Elmera Group ASA can accept the company's takeover bid. The initial offer period, which expired on September 18, has been prolonged until October 2, 2026, at 4:30 PM CEST.
Fortum's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fortum Consumer Solutions AS, previously made a recommended voluntary cash offer for all shares in Elmera Group at a price of NOK 47 per share. The terms and conditions of the offer remain unchanged, apart from the extension of the offer period.
Acceptances already received remain binding and do not require any further action from shareholders. The company will provide an update on the status of acceptances in a separate stock exchange announcement by September 21. The settlement of the offer will be postponed correspondingly due to the extension of the offer period.
Shareholders wishing to accept the offer must do so before the new deadline on October 2, following the procedures outlined in the offer document. Fortum reserves the right to further extend the offer period up to October 30, 2026.
