Fotona appoints Miha Debelak as Vice President for EMEA region
Fotona has named Miha Debelak as its new Vice President and General Manager for the EMEA region to oversee commercial growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Medical laser technology company Fotona has appointed Miha Debelak as its Vice President and General Manager for the EMEA region, effective November 1, 2026. Debelak will report to CEO Jeff Duchemin and manage the company’s direct subsidiaries and distributor networks across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This newly created role aligns with Fotona’s broader strategy to scale its presence in the region in response to rising demand for its aesthetic and medical laser solutions. Debelak brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, having previously held senior roles at Baxter, Vantive, and Bayer.
CEO Jeff Duchemin noted that Debelak’s track record in international business management and commercial strategy is intended to support the company’s next phase of development. Debelak stated that he plans to build upon Fotona’s existing clinical reputation to drive further growth in the region.
