Four Seasons Residences Las Vegas Towers Topped Out, Sales Reach $950 Million

Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas has completed the structural construction of both its North and South towers, a significant milestone for the development in Henderson's MacDonald Highlands community. The project has reported $950 million in total sales, with 148 of its 171 residences under contract ahead of an anticipated Q4 2027 completion.

The development, a collaboration between Azure Resorts & Hotels, Luxus Developments, and Two Roads Development, features 24- and 25-story towers designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG). General contractor Suffolk is overseeing construction, and glass installation is currently underway to allow interior finishing to progress.

The development team anticipates a full sell-out before the project's completion, with 23 residences remaining. "We've seen strong global demand from buyers who recognize the rare opportunity to own a Four Seasons residence in Las Vegas," stated Jim Reilly, president of Azure Resorts & Hotels. "Topping out the North and South towers is a significant milestone as the community takes shape."

Residences offer between two and five bedrooms, with interior spaces ranging from 2,300 to 8,400 square feet (approximately 214-780 square meters), complemented by up to 3,500 square feet (approximately 325 square meters) of outdoor living space. Each home is oriented to provide views of the Las Vegas Strip and the McCullough Range. The property is located approximately 15 minutes by car from the Las Vegas Strip and 10 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.
