Foxconn expands electric vehicle portfolio with three new concepts
Hon Hai Technology Group, known as Foxconn, unveiled three new electric vehicle models at HHTD26, targeting both B2B SUV markets and compact urban vehicle segments.

Foxconn showcased three new electric vehicle prototypes—MODEL A+, MODEL K+, and MODEL K—at its HHTD26 event. The new additions are intended to broaden the company's B2B offerings, specifically within the competitive SUV sector and the compact light-vehicle category.
The MODEL A+ is positioned to address demand in the SUV segment, while the MODEL K+ and MODEL K draw inspiration from Japanese kei-car aesthetics and the design language established by the company's earlier MODEL T bus. These vehicles utilize Foxconn's modular automotive platforms designed for third-party manufacturers.
This move marks a continued effort by the firm to pivot from its core electronics manufacturing business into the electric mobility sector. By providing white-label automotive solutions, Foxconn seeks to establish a larger footprint in the global vehicle manufacturing landscape.
