FP Corporation is set to reorganize its board of directors with the appointment of three new members and the promotion of a key executive. The proposed changes are subject to formal approval at the company’s 55th annual general meeting scheduled for June 28.
Takehiko Tawara, Iwao Hirayama, and Kimiko Nishimura have been nominated for board positions, moving from their current operational leadership roles. Isao Ikegami, who oversees the finance and planning divisions, will be promoted to senior managing director.
