FP Markets named Forex Broker of the Year at Forex Expo Dubai 2026

Global multi-asset forex and CFD broker FP Markets received the "Forex Broker of the Year" award at the Forex Expo Dubai 2026 held last week. The award marks a significant milestone for the Australia-founded broker, established in 2005.

The event, which took place on September 22-23 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracted a record number of over 23,000 participants, including leading brokers and fintech experts from the MENA region and beyond.

This accolade follows FP Markets' recent announcement of obtaining a Category 5 license from the United Arab Emirates' Capital Markets Authority (CMA). This regulatory approval signifies a strategic expansion into the UAE market and enhances the broker's regulatory standing in the region.

John Lewis, Chief Marketing Officer at FP Markets, emphasized the company's focus on a localized approach, adapting products and services to meet specific market demands. He noted that both the participation in Forex Expo Dubai and the CMA license underscore their commitment to the UAE and the broader region. Additionally, Christina Koro, Head of HR & People Culture, was recognized with the "People & Culture Leadership Award" at the event.
