Fractal Analytics reaches $100 million quarterly revenue milestone
AI firm Fractal Analytics reported a 20% increase in quarterly revenue and a 139% surge in net income for the second quarter.

Fractal Analytics posted its first $100 million revenue quarter for the period ending September 30, 2026. The company’s consolidated operating revenue reached 9,565 million INR, marking a 20% year-over-year increase.
The revenue growth was primarily driven by the healthcare and life sciences sector, which saw a 79% surge, while the banking and financial services sector grew by 30%. The company’s largest segment, consumer packaged goods and retail, reported an 11% increase. Fractal also noted strong performance from its agentic AI platform, Cogentiq, which hit an annual revenue run-rate exceeding 1,500 million INR.
Profitability metrics improved across the board, with net income rising 139% to 792 million INR. CEO Srikanth Velamakanni attributed these gains to the growing necessity for AI-driven decision-making in corporate environments, stating that the company is scaling its operations to meet this demand.
Fractal, which employs over 6,000 professionals globally, continues to allocate more than 6% of its revenue to research and development. The firm focuses on developing proprietary AI models and platforms for Fortune 500 organizations.
