Franco-Nevada Funds Minerals 260 Gold Project in Australia with A$200 Million Package
Franco-Nevada Corporation announced an agreement with Minerals 260, involving a A$200 million follow-on financing package for the Bullabulling gold project in Australia.

Franco-Nevada Corporation, a company focused on gold revenue streams, has entered into an agreement for a significant follow-on financing package with Minerals 260. The transaction, valued at A$200 million, is aimed at supporting the Bullabulling gold project in Western Australia.
Under the terms of the agreement, Franco-Nevada will acquire an A$170 million interest in future gold production from Minerals 260's Bullabulling mine. Additionally, Franco-Nevada has committed to invest A$30 million in Minerals 260 shares through a "placement," reinforcing the partnership between the two entities.
Franco-Nevada has previously held a 10% interest in the Bullabulling project. This new financing arrangement strengthens the company's position within the project and supports its ongoing development. Minerals 260 will be responsible for the operational management of the project.
This investment underscores Franco-Nevada's confidence in the potential of the Bullabulling gold project and its ability to generate value for its stakeholders.
