Mod developer CircuitLord has released a free VR mod for the 2016 first-person shooter Titanfall 2, bringing virtual reality support to the game's single-player campaign. The mod introduces head tracking, VR weapon aiming, and manual reloading mechanics, easily installable via CircuitLord's provided mod installer.

The VR mod enhances immersion by allowing players to directly control mechs' weapons with their hands. It also features gesture-based reloading for some weapons, adding a more tactile and immersive experience.

Titanfall 2 is known for its fast-paced movement, including wall-running and aerial maneuvers. These actions can cause more pronounced visual shifts in VR, potentially leading to motion sickness for some players. To mitigate this, the mod includes an optional "assisted movement" feature.

Currently, the VR mod is exclusive to Titanfall 2's single-player campaign, with multiplayer support omitted to preserve competitive balance. CircuitLord is also developing an original VR FPS titled No Shot, focused on a zero-gravity, roguelike shooter experience.
