The new forms, launched on October 2, 2026, now capture the project's street address at the time of request and offer homeowners the option to receive appointment and project updates via text message.
The update is designed to align with the company's mobile showroom model, where sales representatives bring samples directly to customers' homes. By collecting the service address upfront, the team can verify if the location is within their West and Southwest Michigan service area and plan the visit more efficiently before initial contact.
Text message updates are strictly opt-in, with the consent box unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition for service, and customers can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. The company has updated its privacy policy to include a dedicated section for its SMS program.
