Two longtime Middle Tennessee wood product companies, Freeman Wood Products and Fabrication Specialties, have merged to form FreeFab Pallet, Inc. The new entity will manufacture custom wood pallets.
Freeman Wood Products and Fabrication Specialties, two established wood product companies in Middle Tennessee, officially merged on January 1, 2026, to form FreeFab Pallet, Inc. The Centerville, Tennessee-based company will focus on the manufacturing of custom wood pallets.
The merger brings together the combined experience and expertise of both companies in the wood products sector. This strategic move aims to leverage the strengths of each entity to better serve customer needs in the pallet market.
FreeFab Pallet intends to build upon the existing operational foundations of its predecessor companies. The formation of the new company is expected to enhance its production capabilities and market presence within the region.
