Freetrailer Exceeds 8,000 Trailers, Increases Rentals by 22.1% in September

Freetrailer Group A/S recorded a total of 169,820 rentals in September 2026, marking a 22.1% growth compared to September 2025. The company also reached a new operational milestone, with 8,090 rental products currently in use.

This increase occurred as the company entered its seasonal low period, following a strong summer peak. The rental frequency in September was 71.2%. The company attributed the lower rental frequency to a shifting country mix, with significant growth in markets like Germany and the Netherlands, as well as the rollout of a large volume of new trailers.

Expansion into new markets such as Germany and the Netherlands, alongside the deployment of new equipment, naturally requires time for these assets to achieve optimal utilization rates. The company noted that this process takes time.

Despite the seasonal dip and initial phase of new market penetration, Freetrailer Group's figures indicate a continued expansion of its rental fleet and an increase in overall rental volume.
