Freetrailer Group A/S has announced that its current and former employees, as well as members of its Board of Directors, have exercised a total of 234,682 warrants.
As a result of this exercise, Freetrailer will issue 234,682 new shares. The nominal value of these shares amounts to DKK 176,012. The company is adhering to its articles of association in this process.
According to the company's statement, the CEO and board members did not exercise any warrants in this particular instance. However, 32,342 warrants were allocated to senior management and other employees.
