Frequentis receives first MSCI ESG rating of "A"

Frequentis AG, a provider of communication and safety-critical systems, has received its first ESG rating from MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International), achieving a score of "A". The rating places the company in a strong position on MSCI's AAA to CCC scale, reflecting its performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors.

MSCI's assessments evaluate how effectively companies manage ESG risks within their respective industries. This initial "A" rating validates Frequentis' progress in sustainability initiatives and strengthens its standing in the capital markets, offering transparency to investors, analysts, and partners.

The company also highlights its commitment to internal innovation and supplier relationships. The IDEAS platform, active since 2014, continues to gather employee suggestions, with 59 ideas submitted last year. Frequentis recognized its top three suppliers for 2025 based on quality, service, and ethical standards, and awarded Fujitsu / FSAS Technologies a Sustainability Award for substantial ESG contributions.

Furthermore, Frequentis is engaged in promoting diversity and interest in technology. The company participated in the "Wiener Töchtertag" event, where 31 girls explored artificial intelligence and its applications in air traffic control, aiming to inspire young women to pursue careers in technology.

In terms of financial performance, Frequentis reported significant growth for 2025. Revenue increased by 20.8% to EUR 580.1 million, and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) rose by 45.7% to EUR 46.8 million. The company proposed a dividend increase of 11.1% to 30 cents per share.
