Fresha adds Klarna buy-now-pay-later to booking platform
Booking platform Fresha has integrated Klarna to allow clients at beauty and wellness businesses to pay for services in installments.

London-based booking platform Fresha has partnered with Klarna to introduce flexible payment options for the beauty and wellness sector. The integration allows service providers to offer clients the ability to pay for appointments, memberships, and treatment packages in interest-free installments or at a later date.
The feature is embedded directly into the Fresha platform, removing the need for third-party software or separate payment gateways. This update comes as the beauty industry sees a shift toward higher-value services, including aesthetic procedures and multi-session treatment plans, which often require significant financial commitment from consumers.
Fresha CEO William Zeqiri stated that the move is designed to support businesses in improving conversion rates and client retention. The company reports that adding such payment flexibility was a primary request from its user base, as businesses look for ways to help clients finance premium services.
This partnership is part of Fresha’s ongoing strategy to centralize salon and clinic operations. By incorporating Klarna into its existing payment ecosystem, the company intends to consolidate booking, client management, and financial processing into a single interface.
