FSP Group Launches 1200W Gold Power Supply for High-End AI Computing
FSP Group has introduced the FSP1200-50ADA, a 1200W power supply designed to support high-performance graphics hardware and edge AI workstations.
FSP Group has expanded its 50ADA product line with the addition of the FSP1200-50ADA, a 1200W non-modular power supply. The unit is engineered to support demanding hardware, specifically targeting high-end graphics cards like the RTX 5090 and professional workstations utilized for edge AI inference tasks.
The power supply complies with the Intel ATX 12V V3.1 standard, which allows it to manage the transient power spikes common in next-generation GPUs. The unit holds an 80 Plus Gold certification, with manufacturer-rated efficiency of up to 90 percent. Despite the increased power output, the unit maintains a standard ATX form factor, measuring 150x150x86 mm.
To ensure operational stability, the FSP1200-50ADA includes standard safety protections such as over-voltage (OVP), over-current (OCP), and over-temperature (OTP) protection. The product is rated for a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 100,000 hours and meets international IEC 62368-1 safety standards. This launch adds to FSP's existing 850W and 1000W models within the same series.
