Fujifilm X-T6 Camera Expected September 3; New Lens Also Rumored
New reports suggest Fujifilm will launch its X-T6 camera and an updated 50-140mm F2.8 II lens on September 3.

Fujifilm is expected to launch its new X-T6 camera on September 3. The announcement is also anticipated to include an updated 50-140mm F2.8 II lens, along with potentially another new X-mount lens.
According to reports, the new X-T6 camera will feature a redesigned top dial, with the ISO dial being replaced by a film simulation dial. This change is said to bring the camera's design closer to the X-T50 model. The camera is also rumored to include a new film simulation mode described as offering deep and intense colors.
Specifications for the model are reported to include a new 40-megapixel X-Trans sensor with image stabilization. The camera is also said to gain enhanced AI-driven autofocus capabilities and 8K video recording. It will reportedly use the Panasonic-manufactured 2550mAh NP-W255 battery, offering approximately 16 percent more capacity than the previous NP-W235.
Fujifilm's X-series cameras are known for their blend of advanced technology and retro styling. The X-T6 is expected to continue this trend, offering new features for both photographers and videographers.
