Fulflex Acquires Fully Automated Medical Products Manufacturing Facility in Texas

Fulflex has completed the acquisition of a 300,000-square-foot, fully automated medical products manufacturing facility located in Jacksonville, Texas. This significant investment in East Texas marks a milestone in Fulflex's strategy to expand its global healthcare manufacturing capabilities.

The facility, situated on a 30-acre campus, brings more than 250 employees into the Fulflex organization. It becomes one of the company's largest and most advanced manufacturing sites globally, producing critical medical products for healthcare providers and patients. The site's manufacturing capabilities include plastics injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly, and automated manufacturing technologies.

According to the company, the acquisition significantly expands Fulflex's healthcare manufacturing footprint in North America. It enhances the company's expertise in polymer processing, medical device manufacturing, and automated production. The move also aims to provide customers with greater manufacturing flexibility, supply chain resilience, geographic diversification, and increased long-term production capacity.

Fulflex operates 14 locations globally. This includes four manufacturing facilities in the United States, one in the Dominican Republic, and two in India. The company also maintains seven sales offices and distribution centers across eight countries, serving customers in over 85 countries worldwide.
