Furlenco Plans IPO Targeting ₹12 Billion Raise at ₹70 Billion Valuation
Furniture and appliance rental startup Furlenco is reportedly preparing for an initial public offering (IPO), aiming to raise ₹10-12 billion at a valuation of approximately ₹70 billion.

Bengaluru-based Furlenco, a startup specializing in furniture and appliance rentals, is reportedly planning an initial public offering (IPO). The company aims to raise ₹10-12 billion (approximately $118-142 million USD) and is seeking a valuation of around ₹70 billion (approximately $834 million USD) for the listing.
The IPO is tentatively slated for fiscal year 2028, with ICICI Securities expected to be appointed as an advisor for the public issue. Furlenco recently turned profitable in FY25 and saw further profit growth in FY26, a significant turnaround for the company founded in 2012.
Furlenco operates a subscription-based model offering over 300 furniture and appliance SKUs across 28 Indian cities. In FY26, the company reported a substantial increase in operating revenue, up 61.9% to ₹370.4 crore from ₹228.7 crore in the previous fiscal year. Net profit surged nearly twentyfold to ₹59.5 crore.
The move follows the successful stock market debut of rival RentoMojo, which raised over ₹1,255 crore. Several other Indian startups, including digital lender Moneyview and used-car marketplace Spinny, are also in various stages of preparing for their own IPOs.
