The Furniture China and Maison Shanghai fairs in Shanghai concluded with 180,448 visits, including a record number of international attendees. The event showcased the furniture industry's entire value chain.
The Furniture China and Maison Shanghai fairs, held in Pudong, Shanghai, from September 7-11, 2026, concluded with robust attendance figures. Organized by CNFA and IM Sinoexpo, the events collectively recorded 180,448 registered visits, marking a 10.3% increase from the previous year.
Spanning 350,000 square meters across the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) and Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC), the fairs featured over 3,200 exhibitors in 50 halls. International attendance reached a record high of 37,394 visits, a 14.6% year-on-year increase, with visitors hailing from 184 countries and regions.
The exhibitions presented a comprehensive view of the furniture industry's value chain, from international brands and original design to materials and smart manufacturing. The Maison Shanghai section focused on design, lifestyle, and future living spaces.
Professional buyers, designers, and design institutions formed a significant portion of the attendees. The week also included partner-matching services and forums aimed at fostering idea exchange and building partnerships.
Furniture China and Maison Shanghai are scheduled to return to Shanghai from September 7-11, 2027.
