Fusepay, a technology company based in Seychelles, has introduced a new AI-native operating and financial system tailored for trade businesses in the Indian Ocean region and Africa. The company is licensed as a payment service provider by the Central Bank of Seychelles.

The system is designed to address a key challenge in emerging markets: the disconnect between how businesses operate and how money moves. Fusepay offers two complementary products that function as a single, integrated AI-native OS for trade operations.

Fuse360 serves as the operating OS, assisting wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers with inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, and daily operations. FusePay manages payment collection, supplier payments, and financial workflows through its licensed payment infrastructure.

"We built this because we saw businesses spending more time managing disconnected systems than growing their business. AI gives us the opportunity to rethink how trade businesses should operate from the ground up," stated co-founder and CEO Vidhyasahar Thiyagarajan.

The startup has secured over $350,000 in pre-seed funding and plans to expand into Mauritius in September 2026, with further expansion into selected East and Southern African markets planned before the end of that year.
