Futu Holdings Faces Class Action Lawsuit, Investors Reminded of Deadline
Shareholder service ClaimsFiler alerts Futu Holdings investors with losses exceeding $100,000 of an approaching deadline to file as lead plaintiff in a securities class action lawsuit.

New Orleans, July 24, 2026 – ClaimsFiler, a shareholder information service, has issued a reminder to investors in Futu Holdings Limited (NasdaqGM: FUTU) who have experienced losses of over $100,000. These investors must file lead plaintiff applications in a securities class action lawsuit against the company by August 25, 2026.
The lawsuit alleges that Futu and certain of its executives failed to disclose material information. Specifically, the suit claims the company was not in compliance with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, including continuing securities, public fund sales, and futures businesses in mainland China without the required licenses or approvals.
As a result of these alleged non-compliance issues, the company is accused of facing significant regulatory penalties. The suit asserts that Futu's financial results were overstated and that management's positive statements about the company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and lacked a reasonable basis.
The action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Investors who purchased or acquired Futu securities between May 24, 2023, and May 27, 2026, inclusive, may be eligible to participate.
