Futuri Introduces AI Trust Framework for Sales Leaders
Futuri has launched an "Automate, Augment, Hold" framework to help sales leaders address potential AI trust deficits. CEO Daniel Anstandig warns against over-automating human interaction.

Technology company Futuri has introduced a new "Automate, Augment, Hold" framework designed to help enterprise leaders avoid a trust deficit related to the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI). The framework stems from a year of conversations with approximately 40 enterprise sales leaders.
Futuri CEO Daniel Anstandig cautions that the automation of human moments can lead to a deferred cost, with consequences emerging roughly 18 months later. This warning comes at a time when boards, investors, and AI vendors are pressuring revenue-generating organizations to increase their output.
The framework offers a strategic approach to integrating AI within sales processes, emphasizing a balance between full automation, AI augmentation of human capabilities, and a deliberate holding pattern where human judgment remains paramount. The goal is to ensure AI supports sales teams without eroding customer relationships or trust.
Futuri's methodology stresses the importance of preserving human connection and understanding, even as AI streamlines workflows. The "Automate, Augment, Hold" model encourages companies to critically assess which aspects of the sales cycle can be automated, which can be enhanced by AI assistance, and which require continued human oversight and decision-making.
