G-Core Labs, a global provider of cloud and security solutions, has significantly expanded its worldwide network. The company has added new Points of Presence (PoPs), including locations in South America—Argentina, Colombia, and Chile—along with several new sites in other regions to enhance the performance and availability of its Content Delivery Network (CDN).

In addition to these infrastructure expansions, G-Core Labs has bolstered its cloud service offerings. The company obtained PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 certification, demonstrating a commitment to high security standards, particularly for the financial sector. It has also invested in AI solutions, such as an AI image generator and collaborations with large language model providers like Pienso and Graphcore.

The company has also faced significant cybersecurity challenges, successfully thwarting a 1 Tbps DDoS attack in 2023 and reporting numerous other large-scale attacks. G-Core Labs has continuously evolved its protection mechanisms, including enhanced TCP protection and more sophisticated bot mitigation systems, to counter the growing threats.

G-Core Labs' recent developments also include strategic partnerships and non-acquisition business events. The company initiated the addition of PoPs in 2023, and by 2024, it had already integrated several new locations. These additions, including new PoPs in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile, further strengthen the global CDN network, promising improved performance for users.
