Yong-ho Choi, CEO of Galaxy Corporation, presented the company's vision for "Physical AI" and "Soul AI" at the United Nations' 'AI for Good Global Summit 2026' finale in Geneva, Switzerland. The event drew attention from global AI industry leaders and international media.
In a keynote address, Choi emphasized that AI development should prioritize protecting human love, memories, and emotions, rather than solely aiming for increased technological intelligence. He urged the audience to "Give AI a Soul," proposing a paradigm shift beyond purely technology-centric AI to one that values humanity.
Following the speech, Galaxy Corporation presented a performance featuring K-pop choreography executed by humanoid robots. This demonstration aimed to showcase AI's evolution into an entertainment platform capable of expressing culture and emotion.
Choi also introduced upcoming projects, including the 'MACH33' robot fashion show and the 'Galaxy Robot Park'. The robot theme park, set to officially open in September, will feature over 1,000 annual K-pop robot shows, with all July weekend slots already sold out.
Galaxy Corporation aims to establish a global Physical AI entertainment technology platform that supplies emotion and content to humanoid robots worldwide. The company asserts that the future of AI lies in "humanity" and seeks to accelerate the creation of a "Soul AI" cultural ecosystem.
