Gallatin AI Application Supported Army Exercise in Japan

Gallatin AI provided its AI/ML-based decision-support application, Navigator, to assist the U.S. Army's 11th Airborne Division during Exercise Yama Sakura 91 in Japan.

Over the course of the two-week exercise, Navigator utilized artificial intelligence to aid the division in logistics and sustainment decision-making. The application aimed to enhance situational awareness and optimize resource allocation in challenging operational environments.

Yama Sakura 91 is an annual joint military exercise involving U.S. and Japanese forces. The exercise focuses on improving interoperability and readiness for regional security challenges.

The deployment allowed Gallatin AI to test its technology in real-world field conditions. Data gathered and analyzed during the exercise will inform the further development of the Navigator application.
