Galloway Acquires Anderson Wahlen & Associates
Denver-based Galloway & Company, an architecture and engineering firm, has acquired Salt Lake City-based land development consulting firm Anderson Wahlen & Associates. The deal expands Galloway's services in the Western U.S.
Denver, CO – July 22, 2026 – Galloway & Company, LLC, a national architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Denver, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Anderson Wahlen & Associates (AWA), a Salt Lake City-based land development consulting and services firm. The transaction took effect on July 1, 2026.
AWA provides land development consulting and professional services for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects. Its offerings include civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and entitlements, development consulting, landscape architecture, and construction support. With roots extending back to 1958, AWA serves clients across the Western United States.
