Gamblers' families and friends form group for gambling reform

Families and friends today launched "Truth & Integrity: The Movement for Gambling Reform" (FFOG), an organization aiming to counter the rise of online betting and advocate for gambling reform.

The group's founders emphasized FFOG's independence from potential influences by the gambling industry or sports leagues. FFOG is calling on all involved in problem gambling councils to join the movement.

FFOG has named its initial board of directors and intends to champion "the movement for gambling reform." They stated that "gambling industry and its money floods" threaten the sector's integrity.

The organization seeks to combat the "online sports betting epidemic" and is committed to promoting truth and integrity within the gambling sector.
