The company's net profit attributable to shareholders reached 4.26 billion yuan (approximately $590 million), marking a substantial 901.36% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. This remarkable growth surpassed market expectations, driven by higher lithium salt prices and robust demand from the energy storage sector.
The company's total revenue for the period grew by 175.75% to 23.10 billion yuan. Net profit before non-recurring items also saw a significant increase of 521.56%. Operating cash flow improved by 342.24%.
Ganfeng Lithium operates an integrated lithium ecosystem, encompassing upstream resource development, midstream lithium salt processing and metal smelting, and downstream battery manufacturing and recycling. Its product portfolio includes lithium compounds, lithium metal, batteries, and recycling solutions, positioning it as a key global supplier.
Beyond its financial performance, Ganfeng Lithium continues to expand its production capacity with facilities in China and Argentina. The company is also investing in advanced technologies, including solid-state batteries, which have shown improved energy density and cycle life. Its battery recycling operations are noted for their high recovery rates.
