Ganter Introduces New Quick-Fastening Lifting Bolts
Ganter has expanded its product range with new, self-locking threaded lifting bolts for lifting, lashing, and transport tasks. These new bolts offer a faster and more convenient alternative to traditional lifting rings.

Component manufacturer Ganter has introduced new threaded lifting bolts designed for lifting, lashing, and transport applications. The new GN 1133 and GN 1135 models provide a quicker and easier method for creating lifting points compared to conventional lifting rings or welded eyes.
The bolts operate using four spring-loaded elements that engage with the thread. Pressing the spring-loaded aluminum button retracts these elements into the bolt body, allowing it to be inserted into a threaded hole. Upon release of the button, the elements engage the thread. This mechanism enables the bolts to withstand significantly higher axial forces than ball-locking variants. Removal is achieved by pressing the button again.
The lifting bolts, available in steel and stainless steel, come in five thread sizes ranging from M8 to M20, with lengths varying between 12 and 22 mm. The GN 1135 model further features a swivel bearing that prevents the bolt from moving within the thread when subjected to forces from multiple directions.
