Garett Jackson Appointed Chief Financial Officer at Centria Autism
Centria Autism, a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, has appointed Garett Jackson as its new Chief Financial Officer. Jackson brings extensive healthcare finance leadership experience.
Farmington Hills, Mich. – Centria Autism, a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, has named Garett Jackson as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 31, 2026.
Jackson joins Centria with significant experience in healthcare finance leadership across multi-site organizations, including hospital systems and private equity. Most recently, he served as CFO of Intuitive Health, a provider of combined emergency room and urgent care services. Jackson was involved in the company's sale in 2024.
Prior to Intuitive Health, Jackson held the position of SVP and CFO for Kindred Healthcare's hospital division, which operated over 65 hospitals and generated more than $2 billion in annual revenue. He also has experience serving on the boards of multiple healthcare joint ventures and organizations.

His responsibilities will include maintaining the company's financial health and supporting disciplined, responsible nationwide expansion.
