Garmin Forerunner 965 price drops during retail campaign
The Garmin Forerunner 965 sports watch has reached a new record-low price point during the 11.11 shopping event on JD.com.
Garmin's Forerunner 965, which debuted in March 2023 at an official price of 4,980 yuan, is currently trading at approximately 2,704 yuan following a series of coupons and subsidies on the JD.com platform.
Targeted at athletes, the device features a 47mm titanium bezel and a 1.4-inch AMOLED display. Key hardware specifications include expanded storage for media, real-time endurance tracking, and advanced climbing analytics through the manufacturer’s proprietary software suite. The model emphasizes long-term performance tracking to assist with injury prevention and training load management.
In terms of battery longevity, the unit is rated for 31 hours of operation in GPS mode and up to 23 days in standard smartwatch mode. This pricing adjustment reflects the seasonal promotional cycle within the Chinese retail market.
