Gasum Expands Maritime Fueling Services
Energy company Gasum is offering liquefied natural gas (LNG) and bio-LNG bunkering services across a region from the Nordics to France. The company has expanded its offerings to include advisory services on emissions regulations.

Helsinki – Energy company Gasum has expanded its services to the maritime sector, offering liquefied natural gas (LNG) and bio-LNG bunkering from ship-to-ship or at ports.
The company announced Tuesday that its services now cover a region extending from the Nordics to France. Gasum has been a pioneer in LNG bunkering for a decade, with infrastructure and a fleet enabling bunkering both at ports and at sea.
"Customers can rely on our expertise," said Jacob Granqvist, Vice President of Gasum Maritime. "Our bunkering fleet can extend its services from the Nordics to France."
In addition to bunkering, Gasum is offering its maritime customers advisory services on the regulatory environment, the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS), and digitalization. With the FuelEU Maritime initiative approaching and EU ETS coming into effect for shipping in 2024, demand for these services is expected to grow.
Gasum's bunkering services have seen increased demand. The company utilizes the digital service FuelBoss to streamline the bunkering process, receiving positive feedback from customers. Gasum is also considering expanding its bunkering fleet to meet rising demand.
