Gausium Confirms Top Rank in Commercial Cleaning Robot Market
Gausium has been ranked the world's No.1 commercial cleaning robot supplier by shipments and revenue in IDC's latest tracker, maintaining its leadership across segments and markets.

Gausium has solidified its position as the world's leading supplier of commercial cleaning robots, based on both shipments and revenue, according to IDC's Worldwide Annual Commercial Cleaning Robotics Tracker, 2025. The company has held these top rankings for multiple consecutive years, also securing the first position across core application segments and major markets tracked by IDC.
The commercial cleaning robotics market is entering a significant growth phase. IDC estimates global shipments to reach $760 million, marking a 48.5% increase. Gausium is at the forefront of this expansion, achieving No.1 positions across various regions and application segments.
A key factor behind these rankings is Gausium's scalable operational breadth. The company has served over 6,500 customers in more than 70 countries, including major airports, retail chains, and logistics operations. Gausium states it is the first in its category to enter a phase of scalable replication, utilizing standardized hardware, software, and delivery to enable chain customers to deploy robot fleets efficiently across industries and nations.
"The No.1 rankings from IDC are a vote of confidence cast by customers around the world in real purchase orders," said Edward Cheng, Founder and CEO of Gausium. "We will continue to pair full-stack AI with a full-scenario product portfolio and localized service worldwide to deliver measurable results... and to lead this industry into the era of full-process intelligence."
IDC forecasts continued growth in the commercial service robot market through 2030, with cleaning robots being among the most certain applications. Gausium anticipates future competition to shift from single-machine automation to full-process intelligence, where robots combine multiple cleaning functions and are deployable out-of-the-box.
