GCCL and LabConnect Sign MOU to Expand Global Clinical Trial Collaboration
South Korea-based GCCL and North America-based LabConnect have signed an MOU to enhance global collaboration in clinical trials and link their regional capabilities.

Seoul, South Korea and Raleigh, N.C. – GCCL, a South Korean central laboratory for clinical trials, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with U.S.-based LabConnect to expand their global collaboration. The agreement was finalized on October 12, 2026.
The partnership aims to improve the operational efficiency of global clinical trial projects by connecting GCCL's Asia-Pacific capabilities with LabConnect's North American expertise. This integration is intended to streamline sales and project execution across both regions.
GCCL, which offers an integrated "one-stop lab solution" for clinical trial sample analysis, will combine its services with LabConnect's global network of central laboratories and sample solutions. The collaboration will involve identifying potential clients, integrating services, managing projects, and developing joint marketing strategies.
The agreement is expected to provide pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract research organizations with a more coordinated approach to multi-regional studies, thereby reducing operational risks and enhancing study predictability.
