Geekplus and LPP Logistics Enhance Retail Logistics with Automation

Warehouse robotics leader Geekplus and LPP Logistics, the logistics arm of fashion company LPP, have expanded their collaboration to develop a "warehouse of the future" in Poland. Announced in September 2026, the partnership focuses on deploying intelligent automation to speed up retail order processing and improve supply chain resilience in Europe.

The new automation model is designed to be scalable and replicable across multiple sites. It aims to create a flexible and adaptable automation strategy that responds to changing customer expectations, seasonal fluctuations, and the company's growth. LPP Logistics is employing Geekplus's tailored solutions, including RoboShuttle robots and P-series robots, designed for large-scale robot deployments. This approach reduces integration complexity and accelerates system implementation.

Within LPP's logistics centers, the Geekplus system manages 1.4 million automatically handled storage locations, with a reported 99 percent efficiency gain. The system supports employees by reducing repetitive manual tasks and walking distance, enabling them to focus on process monitoring and anomaly handling. The automation also allows for efficient vertical warehouse space utilization, up to 12 meters in height.

In two of LPP Logistics' facilities, over 1,600 autonomous robots work collaboratively to streamline order fulfillment and maximize storage space. The system is designed to scale to meet demand fluctuations and LPP's growing needs. Geekplus's robot control system can manage fleets of over a thousand robots within a single facility, crucial for the retail sector where flexibility and reliability directly impact customer service levels.
