Geely Auto Launches Operations in Canada, Expanding to North America

Geely Auto, a prominent global automotive brand under Geely Holding Group, has officially launched its operations in the Canadian market. The announcement was made on October 9th local time. The company has commenced its business activities in Canada and is actively developing its retail and service network across the country.
The expansion into Canada marks a significant step in Geely Auto's internationalization strategy. The company aims to tailor exclusive experiences for Canadian drivers by focusing on their specific needs. Geely Auto's global presence currently extends to over 100 countries and regions, where vehicles from its various brands, including Zeekr and Lynk & Co, are sold.
In the first nine months of 2026, Geely Auto achieved a record cumulative sales volume of over 2.235 million vehicles. International exports have shown substantial growth, exceeding 797,000 units during the January-September period, representing a 169% increase year-over-year. In September alone, overseas export sales surpassed 106,000 units, up 162% and marking the fourth consecutive month with sales exceeding 100,000 units. Exports of new energy vehicles abroad reached over 73,000 units in September, a 403% increase.
