Throughout the European leg of the tour, held at circuits like Misano, Vila Real, Ricardo Tormo, and Paul Ricard, the Geely Preface TCR car demonstrated competitiveness across varied track conditions. Geely's in-house developed chassis, suspension, and powertrain systems proved effective on diverse circuits.
The team now holds a 56-point lead in the team standings. In the drivers' championship, Santiago Urrutia is in first place, followed by Yann Ehrlacher in fourth, Thed Björk in sixth, and Ma Qing Hua in seventh.
Geely utilizes motorsport participation to showcase its technical capabilities and enhance global brand development. The company reported worldwide sales of 1,100,373 units in the first half of 2026, alongside rapid expansion into seven European markets.
