Genesis Automation Healthcare Unveils Unified Platform and AI Program at AHRMM26

Genesis Automation Healthcare is set to make its public debut as a unified company at the AHRMM26 conference in San Antonio, Texas, from July 26-28, 2026. The company, formed by the merger of Genesis (inventory management), Kermit (implant and spend management), and Meperia (content and contract management), will present its integrated platform to healthcare supply chain and inventory management professionals. The newly appointed leadership team will be present throughout the event.

The Genesis Clinical Lifecycle Management Platform is designed to provide hospitals and health systems with comprehensive visibility and actionable insights across the entire clinical supply chain. At AHRMM26, the company will preview its unified platform and officially launch its Agentic AI Design Partner Program. This program invites healthcare executives to collaborate on refining and testing the company's AI solutions for surgical supply chain optimization.

Genesis will lead two sessions at the conference. "The Agent in the Room: Turning OR Spend into Savings with Agentic AI," presented by Genesis President Jason Smith, will explore how agentic AI can identify contract deviations and billing discrepancies in operating rooms. A second session, "Reducing OR Bill-Only Discrepancies Through Automation," will feature Scott Meiser from Allegheny Health Network and Marisa Bartemes from Genesis, detailing how automation is being used to address complexities in OR bill-only processes.

Collectively, the merged companies' platform has assisted over 400 hospitals and health systems in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland. Achievements reported include $760 million in savings, over 4,000 hours of clinical time freed up for patient care, and a 38% reduction in on-hand inventory.
